What is 14k Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of solid 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal core (minimum 5% total gold weight). It will not chip, peel, or tarnish like gold plating, offering the durability of solid gold at an affordable price point.

- Measure your wrist: Wrap a measuring tape tight to the skin right at the wrist bone (snug, but not squeezing).
- Add for comfort: Add half an inch (0.5") to your actual wrist measurement to find your bracelet size. For example, a 6.5" wrist is a perfect match for our Medium (7.0") bracelet.
- No measuring tape? Use a piece of string or paper, mark the overlap, and measure it against a standard ruler.
