The Stones

This bracelet is made up of dainty, round, faceted AAA Ruby Sapphire gemstones with a 14k gold-filled spring ring closure. The stones are 2mm in size.

Ruby and sapphire come from the same corundum mineral - the presence of iron and titanium gives us the blue sapphire, while the presence of chromium creates the red ruby.

Ruby is the birthstone for July.

Sapphire is the birthstone for September.

What is Gold Filled? Gold filled jewellery is created by mechanically bonding 14k gold to base metal at a minimum of 5% per weight. Unlike gold plating, gold filled jewellery does not cause allergic reactions, nor does it chip and peel. It is the closest to solid gold while still being affordable for us all!
